They will ask us many questions and scenarios to check logical and behavior based on each scenario. We can reply based on direct experience from work, school, other activities.

I started by applying online where I had two screening tests - one personality and one quantitative. I then did a virtual interview and an in person interview. The in person interview was 7 questions and was very difficult. Five were behavioral and two were situational.
