After passing an online exam, 3 interviews are done in a row each with a more senior manager. The last interview was with the country CMO. Then, they called and let me know that I was successful but they can only sign "conditional offer" for now. It means that they hire you only if they have a position in 1 year. I spent at least 5 hours of interview with this company. After one year, no, they did not call me for Brand Manager position. I have been only called for Insight Manager position after 11 months.

I started by applying online where I had two screening tests - one personality and one quantitative. I then did a virtual interview and an in person interview. The in person interview was 7 questions and was very difficult. Five were behavioral and two were situational.

Fist an assessment test, personality test, a first round interview, second round interview and coffee with a current employee. It felt like a lot of steps but I can see they were trying to ensure a fit for the culture.
