Doesn't even got an interview because you send your CV and then they make you do a very extensive questionary about yourself. I suppose they choose based on that because no one contact you and just send a email saying you're not a "good fit"

Part of it was a personality test, and the other part was a memory test (dots appeared on the screen, and then some of them were colored for a matter of miliseconds, then you were presented with the empty dots and you had to select them in order.
