There are three interview rounds with different brand managers. The last interview is with someone at a director level. The interview format stays the same. Two parts to the interview. The first part is around the PEAK performance factors and the second part is situational questions.

Muy amable, preguntas sobre situaciones reales e hipotéticas para evaluar tus competencias. Son 5 preguntas sobre situaciones reales, y 3 situaciones hipotéticas. Duró alrededor de 45 minutos. Hay una segunda entrevista con un panel de 2-3 entrevistadores
