Quite long, internet aplication, online assessment, reasoning test, english test, first interview and panel interview, took around 5 weeks. If you do well in the reasoning test, theres no reason not to doit good in the interview, always be prepared and be as proactive as a squirrel on acids.

Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.

- No general interview questions
- All questions were coming up with actual examples from your experience & what would you do in this type of situation questions
