The interview is designed for you to showcase the skills and values the company is looking for. Agility to manage number equations, excellent work policy, and attention to details. Fortunately, I didn't get the position. As I discovered I'm more passionate about HR. However, my sources tell me that they really help you polish the already existing skill that you have and help you grow in your position as long as you are putting the work.
