Interviewing with Procter & Gamble was an incredible experience. They flew me out for the final round and provided a fantastic opportunity to meet numerous engineers. The interaction showcased their commitment to innovation and collaboration, making the whole process both exciting and insightful.

An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
