Passed the online assesment which contains of one reasoning and one personality test which evaluates if your are fit for procter and gamble's culture, also known as Success Drivers. They called me 3 weeks later and wanted to book an phone interview with me. Have the possibility to get a position in the U.K. although I live and study in Sweden.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
