I applied through Linkedin. I passed an technical assessment test and then an interview with the management team, it was a combination of testing my technical abilities and see if my personality fits the company.

Effective Process without loosing time: I applied online and within 10 days I received a call to arrange an evaluation interview with the head of tech. The interviewer was very professional and I liked how I was asked to perform an evaluation exercise while having live interaction, so they could check my way of thinking. It lasted around 1,5 hour and I was told that my results would be weighted compared to other candidates and be informed whether I would pass to the next round or not. The result was negative but it surely made me a positive impression on how well organized the company is.
