      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Prodigy Education nel mese di lug 2019

      Colloquio

      I was invited for a brief (30 minutes) phone interview where I had to answer a few behavioral questions related to my previous work experiences ie ''Tell me about a time you had to... '' and some questions more specific to teaching math ''How do you explain large numbers to younger students ?''. The HR person seemed rushed and a bit cold and she was typing my answers as I spoke. When I tried telling her more about my previous work experiences, she told me she just needed the answers to the questions. I was asked my salary expectations and she explained the interview process. A week later, after getting no follow-up, I emailed her back and she replied that the role was not the right fit for my profile. Two months later and the position is still open.

      Thank-you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. As a growing company, we are always looking to improve. With a company of over 300 employees and still growing we are constantly hiring for new and exciting roles, the content creator being one of them. We understand how time consuming applying and interviewing can be and try to keep that in mind during our 30-minute initial recruiter phone screen. We work with our hiring managers to create questions that will highlight the main technical competencies we’re looking for in a successful candidate. We apologize if this came across as rushed. While we try to provide all candidates with feedback after not being successful, it’s something we are still trying to improve. The talent team has recently created a hiring manager journey map, which outlines the different touch points that are required for a positive candidate experience. One of these touch points is to provide timely and actionable feedback after a candidate has participated in any stage of our interview process. We really appreciate your interest in Prodigy and wish you the best in your career.
