It was a very thorough interview process. My first conversation was a half an hour conversation with the recruiter. My second interview was an initial phone screen with the President. We spoke for approximately an hour and scheduled a face to face meeting that lasted approximately 2 hours. I felt they performed a very professional and focused interview.
