My overall impression of the company was that it was small but the people were nice and I can see a need for the product they are selling. I applied through monster and was contacted through email to setup a phone interview. On the phone interview I was asked about my background, what type of applications I have worked on (i.e. client/server or web) and testing tools I had used. On a login page what would I test for When the phone interview was done I later received a email to setup an in person interview for 2.5 hrs.
