First you are invited to take a test to assess your chemistry, molecular biology, and laboratory knowledge skills. The difficulty level is that of a general education science class with some job specific questions as well as some math. If you do well you get invited to an interview. You will be questioned by multiple members of their staff at different levels. They will quiz you on the science behind the skills you claim on your resume. They will ask you questions to determine if you are the right fit for the company's culture.

The interview process was a typical one. There was a phone screen and then, if they liked you, they invited you for an In-person interview. The phone screen took about 5-10 mins. The In-person interview took about 1hr. In the in-person interview, you talk to the hiring manager and then two potential co-workers (who come in one at a time) to determine your company culture-fit. Everyone was very friendly.
