It was an in-person interview arranged by a recruiter. What a nightmare. There are a couple of things I could have done differently on my end, I'll admit. However, it would have been nice to know I was actually expected when I arrived. Everyone seemed surprised to see me. It went downhill from there. Interviewers walking out of my interview to check up on their secret Santa presents. One was even working on an "urgent production issue" during my whiteboard. Feedback said I was "too junior for the role". I'll bet.
