After applying, I interviewed through an online video connection. Progressive's interviews are based on the STAR format (situation/task, action, result). Beforehand, they give you help on studying/preparing to answer questions in this format and I believe sample questions. Be prepared to give an "elevator speech" of your qualifications and why you think you would be a good fit for the company. I had to answer 6 questions in the STAR format during the interview. As long as you are prepared and honest, you should have a great interview. They asked for personal examples of the situations they ask you about and how you resolved them. The interview lasts about 45 minutes and then a week later they call and tell you if you are chosen. Though I did not get the job, they wanted to hire me! Progressive had made a decision sometime in the last week not to hire any more people at this time.
