04/06/16- found the position on Indeed and applied online; received email from Progressive that my application had been received and that it would be reviewed in the coming days
05/19/16- received an invitation via email to take the pre-employment assessment/skills test; took test; received confirmation email that I passed the test and to look for an email or call in the next 2 weeks with more information and the next steps
05/25/16- received email requesting to set up a phone interview; set up interview for the following day
05/26/16- phone interview with recruiter completed and in-person interview with manager set up for the following day; also received email with information regarding the background verification process and next steps
05/27/16- in-person interview with manager completed
05/31/16- received email from third party background check company, HireRight, requesting background verification information; background check initiated
6/02/16- received email from HireRight requesting additional background information/clarification
6/03/16- received email from HireRight stating that the background check had been completed
6/08/16- received phone call from recruiter around 6:30pm with job offer; accepted offer

The phone interview consisted of about 3 or 4 behavioral questions, and the in-person interview of about 10. They included the following (I tried to remember as many as I could):
1. What did you like most and what did you like least about your last job?
2. Why did you leave your last job?
3. What interests you about this position?
4. Tell me about a time when you made a decision too quickly, and what was the result?
5. Tell me about a time you had too much to do and had to prioritize.
6. Tell me about a time you had to ask a customer a lot of questions in order to figure out the best solution to their problem.
7.Tell me about a time that you went above and beyond what was required of you.
8. It's happened to us all; Tell me about a time you forgot to do something for a customer and how did you handle it?
9. Tell me about a time you had to use your negotiation skills.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
