Applied online. Immediately got a a request to do the assessment. Passed that and got confirmation almost immediately. Then got a request for phone interview, which I set up online for about a week later. Asked to move my interview to the following day 2 hours before. Had phone interview the following day that was mostly background/experience based with s couple of STAR questions at the end. No acknowledgment or thank you for being flexible and agreeing to move interview time. Recruiter said I would "definitely hear back on Monday", but still haven't heard anything and that was 7 days ago. Would have appreciated hearing back in some form like I was told. Disappointing.
