Interview process is horrible !! Every time I would answer a question she would say "Ok so what did you do ?" and I would have to reanswer the question . This was with EVERY question. The interview was long , with at least 15 questions and most were two part or three part questions. It took a week to call to tell me that I was not selected . I was told I had a good interview but my answered should have been more strongly related to a claims adjuster. Well seeing as I'm not a claims adjuster nor was that a requirement to apply for the position , how would you expect someone's answers to be all claims related ?! The job description asked for you to have customs service experience which I have plenty of and related my answers to my experiences . If you want people to give you "claims adjuster" related answers , perhaps you should make previous claims adjuster experience a part of the job description .

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
