January 16th: phone call saying phone interview was passed
January 17th: background check started
January 20th: In-Person interview
January 25: Offer presented and accepted.
February 20th: First day

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.
