I applied online. A day or two later I was invited to take an assessment. A day or two later I was invited to take another assessment. I'm used to taking assessments for jobs, so I completely understand, but they were long. One tested on math and graphs. The other was more personality.
A week later I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The email gives you the advice you need to answer the interview questions properly. You need to follow a certain format.
A week later I had the phone interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked about my work history and also asked "Tell me about a time" questions.
Two days later they emailed me saying I was not selected. From others reviews of the position, the work life balance sucks, so I'm thinking I dodged a bullet anyway.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
