Applied and was contacted to complete a pre-employment test. Was pretty easy, about 60 questions that were a mix of problem solving (math, puzzles, etc.), and behavioral analysis. Was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a telephone interview. Interviewer called me at exactly the time scheduled, and interview lasted about an hour. Third was impressional questions about Progressive, third was work history, and third was STAR questions. Very professional interview - and extremely thorough.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
