This was my first position coming out of college, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There was an on campus interview that spanned 2 days. The first day was a 10-15 minute touch base where the managers and employees felt out my experience and interests. The second day was a 1 hour interview. The questions were all behavioral in nature. After the on campus interviews, there was an on-site interview. I met with 4 or 5 different managers. Again, questions were behavioral in nature with a few technical questions.
