Process was quick. Ive made it to a phone interview twice in the past year but have not been given an offer despite my claims experience. Honestly if you dont have a degree or aren't..."a desired candidate" the interview will turn very quickly into a short meeting with a hasty denial letter. I don't know what a "desired candidate" means but if my claims experience doesnt make me a good fit then I can only imagine that is has to do something with my appearance, and I dont mean my clothing either.
