Applied online, got an e-mail about a week later asking me to take an online exam. Exam was fairly simple. Got an e-mail later that day saying I had passed. The next day I got a phone call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of STAR questions, and lasted 50 minutes. Interviewer was nice. I received an e-mail 2 days later saying I was no longer being considered for the position.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
