Interview process took a little less than a month. Applied for customer service position or in bound sales. I was then sent an online assessment with basic math and customer service skills. Was schedule for a phone interview after learning I had passed their assessment. Phone interview was about an hour, with S.T.A.R. Questions. Was given constructive feedback about my answers and to really paint a picture for the interviewer. She was very sweet and let me know that she was moving me forward in the interview process and starting my background check and sent me an email to schedule my in person interview with a manager. I ended up interviewing with someone the I was not scheduled to interview with (maybe she was out sick). I was given the tour on the way to her office and had many S.T.A.R. Questions. I was told they would reach out to me “in a few days.” I heard back via email the VERY next day saying it went well and they would contact me within 2 weeks. It did not take two weeks, the same day (the day following my interview) I was called and offered the job.

The process took about 4 weeks. I had originally applied for customer then tried for sales. I received an email about 2 days after applying for the job to complete an assessment. The assessment was mostly behavioral questions also with mathematical questions took 30 minutes to complete. The next day i received an email to complete the background check which took 3 days for them to complete. I waited for about 5 days then received a call from a recruiter to attend an onsite interview event where i interviewed with 2 managers. They were both laid back and each asked a total of 15 situational questions
