The whole interview/hiring process took about 4 weeks. I posted the timeline with dates for those that are like me, stressed out thinking I didn’t pass the assessment or interviews because I didn’t receive an email or call by a certain time lol. So hopefully that relieves some of your stress. The interview process was difficult because as all the other reviews stated, all the questions need to be answered via STAR format. Pretty much all the questions asked are on here so, do your research. That’s what I did and that’s what helped me. In addition to doing your research, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
You will get 8 behavioral based questions that need to be answered in STAR format. Once you pass the video interview, you will move on to the virtual interview with the hiring manager and you be asked 5 more behavioral based questions that need to be answered via STAR format as well. My interview lasted about 30 mins. At the end, you’re told you will hear back within a week, I heard back in 4 days.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
