-05/25/2015 Applied online -05/26/2015 Received email stating I was selected for a pre-employment assessment -05/27/2015 Received email stating I passed the assessment. -05/27/2015 Received email to schedule a phone interview -05/29/2015 Phone Interview.(STAR Method) -06/01/2015 Received a call to set up a face to face interview -06/01/2015 Received an email to authorize background check. -06/03/2015 Face to Face Interview. first interviewed with call center supervisor followed by sitting with a rep to listen to calls then another interview with HR manager. total time interviewing was 3 hours.(both interviewers were very friendly and gave a lot of details about the job and what to expect.) -06/04/2015 Received an email stating I was selected to continue but they cannot make an official offer until the background check is completed. I had to fax in my High School Diploma and w2s from previous employers -06/04/2015 I received an email to schedule a Spanish proficiency test. -06/05/2015 Complete a 15 minutes Spanish proficiency test. Basically its a 15 minute call where you are asked questions in Spanish to show how fluent you are. -06/05/2015 Received an email stating background check was complete. -06/08/2015 Received a call offering me the job and email with details on pay and start date.
