After having qualified via the online assessments, I was given a very thorough screening call from Human Resources, which lead to the in-person interview. Very friendly atmosphere and interviewer. They made you feel quite comfortable chatting about your resume and prior related work experience and job skills. The focus of the interview consisted of the STAR approach to interview questions and concentrated on the behavioral aspect.

A couple of questions were "Tell me about a time when you made a bad decision. What did you do?," and, "Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you had to prioritize your tasks."

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
