Passed the assessment Passed the Hirevue video interview Did not pass the video interview with the hiring manager. And I say pass as it feels like highschool courses. If you don’t get past the interview with the hiring Manager you can try again in 6 months. But why? Your career history won’t change. They want those rehearsed 4 Star behavioral questions. And there are so many you are learning all them like basically studying for a school test. You search the rest of Glassdoor, Tik Tok, FB groups and you read their employees are buried in work with no relief and that there is a huge turnover. I wonder why? They should be hiring people with experience or potential etc as not everyone interviews well but can be a loyal and be a top notch employee. I wouldn’t recommend going through the process as you will be overwhelmed and overworked once you are on board. I was already questioning it, but went through it anyways.
