I applied online, which required that you pass a pre-screening test. Once you pass the screening then you will get a phone interview. The phone interview was exceptionally awkward as the interviewer will ask you the questions, let you respond and then not say a word in response. The in person interview was much more comfortable. The whole process from beginning to end was about a month.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
