Filled out application online, in about a week, received a phone call to set up a phone interview. Completed the phone interview and was scheduled for an in-face interview and testing. Completed that interview and was offered the position. I was already licensed from a previous employer but they allowed me to sit in the class as a refresher and to mentor unlicensed reps.

The company uses the "STAR" interview process. They do give you a heads up on what that is. That way you do have time to prepare for the role you are applying for.
