The interview process was fairly smooth at first but then got a bit awkward.
1) An online assessment, which you can do at home at any time; it involved basic math, reading, data analysis, personality, etc. (pretty straightforward and took me about 45 min to complete).
2) After passing the test, you then do a 30 minute phone screening.
3) If you are recommended, you are asked to fill out and consent to a background check, which starts right away.
4) You then go in for the in-person interview with two managers.
The interview process first got a little awkward for me right after I filled out the consent form for a background check; as the people conducting the background check called everyone at my current work to ask random questions about me. That's how everyone found out I was looking for other jobs, which I was trying to avoid until I at least made it through the in-person interview and could get a feel for the likelihood of me actually getting the position. So if you're also trying to keep it a secret, the background check process will give you away.
The other point the interview process got awkward for me was during the actual in-person panel interview because they had another candidate interviewing for the same position and at the same time. Me and the other candidate waited in the lobby area until we were called in where one of us interviewed with one manager for a bit and then we switched. There was definitely some added tension seeing who you're competing against. Other than that, the interviews themselves were average, situational based questions. Use the STAR approach.
Follow up was also very well organized. I was not offered the position, however, they were respectful and timely in letting you know. I received a phone call by the person who conducted the phone screening, where they provided feedback and I was also sent an email.
