There is a bit of a process when applying for this position. There is the application, phone interview, thorough background check with employment history, then the in person interview. It took me about 3 weeks for the entire process, which seemed to be longer for others. The phone interviewer was really approachable and easy to talk to. It felt like more of a conversation then a phone interview. She informed me of the process for the background check and how important it was for me to make sure my dates were correct before submitting it. Made me a little nervous because every job I've had is not listed on my resume. The in person interview was ok. The guy that interviewed me seemed very professional in his approach. The questions were behavioral.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
