The interview process consisted of three rounds, a 30-min screener interview, two 1-hour interviews with direct managers/coworkers, three 1-hour interviews with executives. Pretty much all questions were expected to be answered using the STAR method, though everyone acknowledged that the method is a bit rigid and impedes organic conversation. Questions themselves were pretty easy as long as you prepare. They provide the topics of the questions beforehand so I would recommend outlining a few examples to talk about for each topic so that you can smoothly transition into answers without having to think too long. Everyone was super flexible and would let me know if they needed a bit more info about a specific STAR method component.
