After putting in a detailed application there is a self assessment measuring how you typically work. Then there is a one sided video interview, followed by a live video interview.
Questioned are asked to be answered in "STAR" format. Progressive provides multiple links in various formats to help prepare for the interview, including videos explaining how to answer questions, visual aids, and practice questions.
The interview itself was pretty in-depth and lasts around an hour. The recruiter then provides feedback on your interview whether you are hired or not

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
