I was recommended the position from someone on staff. I was sent a brief description of the position and did a 20 minute phone interview with the team manager, going over previous experience. I was then invited for an in person interview with the whole team, where I was did some in-person coding, and a short quiz. They also went over with me the expectations of the job and introduced me to some members of the team.
