There were three rounds of interviews after the recruiter screening call. The first was with the hiring manager, then I moved on to one with a few team members, and then the final one with the CISO. All of the feedback was positive, but it seemed like there was something going on internally that put filling the position I was applying for on the back burner. The communication and follow-up left much to be desired.
