The first round was just recording myself answering questions through HireVue. Then I was invited to do a Zoom interview. The invitation instructed me to practice a script of a conversation with a voter for the role-play section. The interview itself went fine—the interviewer seemed to just be going down a list of basic interview questions for the most part. He answered some questions I asked him about their Covid response, and then wrapped up the interview. Confused, I asked if we were going to do the role-play script, but he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Overall though, a pretty easy interview.

HireVue is used for a recorded interview. You read questions and record an answer to each of them. You don' actually speak to anyone during this process, it's basically a recorded audition.
