Applied online. Job description was vague but seemed on the up-and-up ("direct marketing"). Quick turnaround to set up an interview time. I scheduled a time, showed up, sat down to talk to the interviewer ... it's for working floor stands at Walmart and Costco, with the carrot of progressing under a "management leadership program." I said this wasn't for me and thanked them for their time. They seem new at this. Phone screens/interviews would have cleared everything up nicely. Why did I have to go in to find out the basics? Waste of time.
