The interview process itself was well conducted, and I appreciate that the interviewers were polite and considerate. However, it was disappointing not to receive any communication regarding the outcome after the interview. I had taken time off and travelled a considerable distance to attend, so hearing back — even with a brief update — would have been greatly appreciated. Feedback and closure are important to candidates, and being left without a response can be discouraging. I hope future candidates are kept informed about their application status in a timely manner.
