I had a one-way video call interview, an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the recruiter and a supervisor, then an interview with one of the co-founders. After a month of interviews and reference checks during this Holiday season, the recruiter contacted me to let me know the Shift I applied for was no longer available and requested if I had flexibility for a later one. After agreeing to the updated shift and waiting ANOTHER 2 weeks the recruiter reached out to let me know they decided to go with someone else.
