      Online recorded interview, simple questions then had a zoom interview with two people. Basic interview questions like what would you do if you had an upset customer and how do you manage your time.

      Video interview--the entire team is very nice and easy to talk to! After the first video interview, you have your second one, then you have to complete a quick exercise that is supposed to simulate a real world scenario.

      Colloquio

      Two co founders sit on the final interview where one tries to stumble through a question as he fails to put together a coherent sentence and the other sits silently like a serial killer stalking their prey. The interview was awkward as I don’t think one of them said a single word after hello and the one who chose to speak was not too charismatic and was Zooming in from a bedroom messier than my college dorm. After the interview I was told I should hear back by the end of the next week. Come the Monday following that one and a half week period I reach out to no avail and finally after another month they reach out to let me know I haven’t been selected. While the pay and benefits seem fitting the lack of communication and uncomfortable interview with the founders make me glad to not have gotten the position. Only submitting this to access Glassdoor for free.

      Thanks for the feedback. This incredibly sarcastic review came from a candidate we've been able to identify, who our team internally deliberated over, and who we ultimately decided was not a great fit. The time it took us to make that decision was a bit longer than usual, but it seems that it was the right choice for both parties. We also wonder why this person may have been so upset at not being offered a role if they were so uncomfortable during the interview process. We don’t take any sort of pleasure in rejecting anyone, particularly someone who’s made it to our final round - and this case was no exception. And we always value feedback, both positive and negative. But personal attacks and insults are just childish. Instead of an approach like this, why not ask for feedback or reach out to have a conversation?
