3 part interview. First with HR, next with a manager, and lastly with HR and Business Development. Very easygoing and non-technical interview. Team was very easy going especially as a new college graduate.
Interview with HR recruiters. Then interview with manager. Then interview with directors. Process was smooth and straightforward. Nothing really technical, just went over resume and basic behavioral questions. They might ask about validation and project management.
Quick phone interview then two additional Zoom interviews, first one with a junior team member and the second one with a senior team member. They got back to me pretty quick
