3-Step Interview Process. 1st interview was with the HR Director. The 2nd interview with the area manager and director of employment services. The final interview was a basically an onsite visit to see what the position is really like and check if you really wanted that type of job.

Three step interview process. First with HR Director, then with Area Manager and Employment Services Director. Final was a field interview, basically to show you what the job coach position would be like.
