HORRIBLE. I applied for this job as I was finishing my MSW and preparing to take my exam for my LSW. My first interview was in person with 4-5 people in a big room. A bunch of people just typing on their laptop as I answered questions. Then I had to come back for a second interview with 2 of those people to which they told me they would hire me for the youth program, which was not the job I applied for. When I questioned about the social worker/case manager job I had applied for, they told me "Everyone here has a license and we all work together." They would not disclose the salary, and continued to walk around my questioning the job I was applying for. I then was walked over to a room with the CEO of the company. To which she asked me "Why did you become a social worker" and then proceeded to pick up her phone and text while I was answering her. After that interview I was asked to come back again to "shadow" the youth program workers. At this point I was so fed up I declined. This is a top-down agency, so your supervisor cannot answer any questions without reporting to the CEO first. I know people who worked there and said it was "cult-like." This was not a good interview experience at all and I won't apply there again.

The interview process was good but there were to many different people to talk with. You never knew who was making the final decision. The first interview was very quick and the second interview was much longer.

I met with the executive director. Her desk was piled so high with papers that I almost couldn't see her over the mess. She munched on her salad during my interview. Then a staff member came in with some urgent issue and they talked about it right then and there. On my time. Right in front of me. Unprofessional, disorganized, disrespectful. It's no wonder the same ad runs all the time.
