Informal interview/chat +- 30 mins, followed by writing test for 1 hour.
Interview was with Marketing Manager and Office Manager.
Writing test consisted of editing skills and writing for marketing purposes.

There was an initial interview with 2 managers which was quite casual, followed by a written assessment that took place at the office for an hour. There was option to complete this at home too.
