The interview process was...interesting.. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first 2 were with the same woman, who was very nice. She then told me that for my 3rd interview, I'd be job shadowing then meeting with the director of recruiting. I get on for the job shadowing, and it's just another recruiter grilling me with more questions, asking the same question over and over, just rewording it. Then picking apart every response I give, giving me dirty looks the entire time. She wasn't nice. Not very encouraging to see during an interview. Again, no job shadowing. I then get on with the recruiting director and somebody else as well. They were nice enough. Again, still asking the same questions I've been asked 50 times prior, so I'm running out of ways to answer the questions differently. They also ask me how the job shadowing went, that didn't happen. I didn't want to call anyone out, so I didn't mention that I didn't get to shadow. The recruiter I spoke with that I was supposed to be job shadowing gave me so many red flags and just made me feel uncomfortable in general, so I'm kind of glad they did not offer me the position. I feel it's important to note, I am more than qualified for this position. I believe I got rejected due to the "sorority girl" mentality of the one I was supposed to job shadow, who decided to "interview" me instead. Overall, I'd avoid this place. Seems like a toxic place to work.
