The interview was very short and direct. Your experience matters a lot to them, they are basically interested in what you are bringing to the table. It is a new hospital, so they need experienced people.

Brief process. Person who was supposed to interview me wasn't even there that day and a charge nurse interviewed me. I then had a brief tour. Got a emailed offer which I declined and 2 weeks later they increased the offer and I accepted.
