Hiring manager was very nice on the phone, took a long time to get back to me after the phone interview (could be due to the holidays)
Then at the on site interview, I met with 5 people, it was just a regular interview and everything was OK in my opinion. I did proper follow up with the hiring manager afterward. It's been a month and absolutely NO feedback/response/contact from anybody!

Standard first call and follow up. Technical review with two engineers and a bit of code with some problems. Confusing format and helpful advice from the two engineers. Felt more like shadow training of interviewer than a useful exercise.
