I applied at a career fair. Someone reached out to me. Did a phone screening interview followed by an in-person interview. Finally, they required an online SQL and tech support test. The final 1:1 was with the CEO. Two weeks later they came back with an offer.

Asked about database experience, was made to take a test which measures the database proficiency. The interview was done in two parts, first a lady with a very hard to understand accent called and asked various questions and then was the sit down interview with the operations lead. Was told at the end that the majority of the time is going to be spent on the phone.
